Anyway, my first hand history post. 3 hands from a $5 SnG on Empire/Party

I’ve read that SnG’s can be won or lost on just a few hands. I’ve found this to be true, especially the losing part, where I get trapped.

This time, I actually get my Pocket Rockets to pay off, and then suckout 2 pair to send the best player(tight, aggressive) to the rail.

Player Notes:
HeadsUp- ends up in 2nd overall. Loose, aggressive. Early chip lead.

Mini-Maniac-is just aggressive. Made good early hands payoff, and has been using chips to buy pots. Can fold if you bet back big.

Shark-tight, only played 3 or 4 hands, makes big bets to steal, won the 1 hand that went to showdown. She’s scary.

I might have bet the rockets harder instead of just calling, but I really didn't want to scare everyone out of the pot. The all-in from Shark was a surprise. The J on the turn scared me, but the betting was already over.

In the SB, all fold to me. BB is shortstacked. 32o, I KNOW the BB will make a move regardless of cards( 300 chips, blinds 25/50), so I call, just to see what she will do. She had a better hand than I thought (A10s)
